What is a ROSPA Report, and why do I have to pay for Playpark Repairs?
To help ensure playparks within our developments remain safe and well maintained, we arrange independent inspections through ROSPA (The Royal Society for the Prevention of Accidents). These assessments review the condition of equipment and surrounding areas, identifying any concerns such as wear, damage, or potential health and safety risks.
Where immediate action is required to prevent accidents, we will either carry out the necessary works or take steps to make the area safe. For non-urgent recommendations, we aim to consult with homeowners before proceeding.
Please refer to your Title Deeds for details on your responsibilities relating to playparks within your development.
