Can I download my Chat History/Chat Transcript?

Yes, our Live Chat platform allows you to download your transcript during your chat. Simply click the tree dots on the top left hand corner of your chat screen, and click ‘send transcript’ this will send the transcript to your designated email address.

We can also provide you with copy transcripts, on request, as required.
