How often do you inspect common areas?
Properties under our management are inspected a minimum of twice per calendar year. However, the introduction of our dedicated Property Inspection Team means that we are able to complete more frequent inspections.
Our Property Inspection Team undertake inspections on a regular schedule and also on an ad-hoc basis as required. Further details about our Inspections can be found within our Written Statement of Services.
