What is a consortium? why do I have two separate accounts?

If you live on a consortium development, this means that you have two separate accounts with us as your development consists of two distinct areas, each managed and invoiced separately due to different groups of homeowner being responsible for them (each with their own separate Title).

Your Parcel/Pod account refers to your property and the immediate surrounding grounds built by your developer.

Your Consortium account refers to the shared wider grounds beyond your parcel, which will be maintained jointly by all homeowners in your development’s parcel and neighboring parcels.
