How do you manage Repairs to common property?
Repairs are generally split into 3 categories:-

For urgent issues, homeowners can contact us via Live Chat or telephone. We also have an Out of Hours service for evenings and weekends. We will aim to action emergency repairs as soon as possible.
🛠️ Routine Repairs
Routine repairs are passed to contractors the same or next working day (subject to available funding). We aim to keep things moving and keep you informed.
🏗️ Major Repairs
For larger works, our dedicated Major Works Team will guide you through every stage, working closely with surveyors to ensure quality, transparency, and peace of mind.
