How do I register my vote for proposed works?
In accordance with the Property Factors (Scotland) Act 2011, we require to consult with owners, to obtain their vote, before progressing certain works.
Owners can place their vote via My R+L Portal or by contacting our Team via Live Chat, or Telephone.
My R+L gives owners access to current voting status, so that you can keep track of proposed works at the touch of a button.
