Does the management fee cover the cost of repairs?
The management fee does not cover repair costs. The fee covers the core service provisions to your property. These include a variety of services such as:
• Regular property inspections
• Arranging proprietors meetings with a Property Manager (on site or in a more formal setting)
• Our Repairs Team arranging common repair works and co-ordinating higher value repair works
• Our Client Support Team are available on hand to respond general enquiries/invoice queries etc.
• Arranging cyclical maintenance on behalf of all home owners, e.g. annual gutter cleaning, lift maintenance , ground maintenance, fire safety etc.
• Facilitating common insurance claims
• Assisting with Title Deed/Plan enquiries
