Do you have an email address?

At Ross + Liddell, we have streamlined our processes to ensure that our clients receive a quick response to their enquiries.

The fastest way to communicate with us is via Live Chat. You can use this service by clicking the ‘chat now’ box at the bottom of our website.

You should be aware that our Live Chat is manned during office hours, we do not use ‘bots’. Our team can assist with your query and our Live Chat allows you to attach photographs and other media, to ensure that we receive required information, to enable us to assist you.

Our teams still have access to emails for specific purposes, but we no longer have a central inbox, as we find Live Chat to be much more effective in ensuring we provide an excellent service. If our Property Management Team are handling your enquiry, you will receive email communication directly from them, and you can respond to this, to resolve your enquiry.

Out with business hours, our Live Chat becomes a ‘contact us form’ and allows you to submit your query to us, if business hours is not convenient for you. We will respond to this query within 3 working days.
