How can we help?

Do you have an emergency service?
Ross + Liddell provide an out of hours emergency service to handle urgent communal property issues. The out of hours team will assess the situation, coordinate contractors, and keep you updated. Any follow-up actions will be handled by our office team the next working day. Please note that we do not provide emergency assistance for private property. Any repairs required to private property should be arranged by the owner of the property.  R+L are responsible for common issues only.
