At Ross + Liddell, we do things a little differently.
We recognise the skill and experience required for the many areas of property management and have a specialist team for each area.
We operate as dedicated teams, ensuring that there is always someone available to assist you.
We no longer have a single point of contact for management matters. We have changed our structure significantly, to provide a team approach to handling all aspects of property management. This means we can progress matters more quickly, as our skilled teams ensure that matters are progressed as quickly as possible. Meet our teams below:

Client Support
Charged with assisting homeowners with day-to-day enquiries via telephone and live chat, our client support staff are committed to delivering a first-class customer service experience. All queries are tracked to ensure a full response is provided to homeowners timelessly.
Property Managers
Our Property Managers and Senior Property Managers now focus on communicating with homeowners on more specific tasks which have been identified as priorities, or where their specific knowledge and experience is required. Our new structure has allowed us to increase and improve on face-to-face meetings with our homeowners.
Repairs
Our busy Repairs Team are responsible for reactive and planned maintenance and repairs. They are committed to providing excellent customer service, and quick progression of repairs reported. Our Repairs Team handle owner consultation works proposed. They will keep homeowners updated on the progress of works, through to completion, or closure.
Compliance
Our Compliance Team are responsible for all maintenance contracts, and proactive projects, such as gutter cleaning. They diarise key dates, to ensure that our teams take action when required. They also manage all contractor relationships, ensuring that any issues with ongoing contracts and repair works are rectified as quickly as possible.
Property Inspections
Our Property Inspectors are on the road each day, carrying out site and property inspections. This ensures that routine inspections are carried out timeously and that resultant action points are quickly identified and followed up by our dedicated teams based within the office, before uploading the Inspection Report to our homeowner portal, for them to view.
Finance
Our Finance Team arrange all billing to our homeowners, and assist with direct debit payments. Recent improvements to our billing layout provides maximum transparency, and a clear breakdown of expenditure to all homeowners.
Insurance
Our dedicated Insurance Department deal with all aspects of your insurance enquiries.
Complaints
We aim to provide homeowners with an excellent level of service, however, we recognise that this is not always possible and therefore, we have put in place a defined complaints procedure, with a view to investigating and resolving homeowners concerns quickly and effectively.
