Many of our existing clients see the benefit of their Property Manager taking on the additional role of Letting Agent. Our Residential Letting Department will guide new landlords through the procedures and take on the responsibility of a full management service. This is an in depth and comprehensive service and we wish to encourage new landlords thinking of letting their property to use the tried and tested services of Ross + Liddell. We are offering special discounts on our management charges to new landlords while we are performing a dual role on their behalf. The management fee currently charged on your half yearly/annual accounts will continue in the normal manner. You will however receive reimbursement of common management fees on your rental statement at the end of each period of let for those months where your property has been let and we have been receiving rental income.
