Ross + Liddell Appoints
Jackie Maclean-Martin as
Head of Residential
Lettings

has appointed Jackie
Maclean-Martin as head
of residential lettings
with the aim of
developing the range of
services it provides to
clients across the
country.
Mrs Maclean-Martin, who
had previously worked as
a property manager for
Countrywide Residential
Lettings, has assumed
overall responsibility
for every aspect of Ross
+ Liddell’s residential
lettings department -
from taking on new
landlords to making
rental assessments and
handling arrears - to
ensure that the company
continues, where
possible, to improve the
service it delivers to
clients.
Jack Fulton, business
development director at
Ross + Liddell, said, ‘I
am delighted to welcome
Jackie to the company. I
am certain that she will
help us expand our
portfolio of landlords
and tenants and play a
key role in the
progression of our
residential lettings
service.’
Mrs Maclean-Martin said,

Ross + Liddell currently
employs a staff of 80
from offices in Glasgow,
Paisley and Edinburgh.
Company turnover is
approaching £3 million.
Recent years have seen
the firm expand the
range of residential and
commercial property
services it provides,
including property
management, estate
agency, surveys,
valuations, rent
reviews, lettings,
insurance and building
surveying.
