NIC
MAYAL APPOINTED AS A
PROPERTY MANAGER BASED
IN ITS
EDINBURGH OFFICE

services company Ross +
Liddell has appointed
Nic Mayall as a property
manager based in its
Edinburgh office as part
of its focus on serving
the rising demand for
property services in the
east of Scotland.
Mr Mayall has around 15
years experience in the
property industry,
joining Ross + Liddell
from Team Relocations,
prior to which he worked
for an estate agency
in Perth.
He said, 'I'm delighted
to be joining the
company and look forward
to contributing towards
its expansion throughout
Scotland.'
John Brolly, director of
property management at
Ross + Liddell, said,
'Recent legislative
changes, such as the
Tenements (Scotland)
Act, have led to a
rising demand for
property management
services throughout the
East of Scotland and we
are delighted that Nic
has joined the firm to
help us meet that
demand.'
Having recently
concluded its 150th
anniversary
celebrations, Ross +
Liddell currently
employs a staff of 80
from offices in Glasgow,
Paisley and Edinburgh.
Company turnover is
approaching £3 million.
Recent years have seen
the firm expand the
range of residential and
commercial property
services it provides,
including property
management, estate
agency, surveys,
valuations, rent
reviews, letting,
insurance and building
surveying. |
