Ross and Liddell, one of Scotland’s leading Property Specialists, has strengthened its team with the appointment of ground maintenance supervisor, Eoghan Watt.

 

Based in the company’s Glasgow office, Eoghan will be in charge of carrying out site inspections, responding to client enquiries, liaising with contractors and ensuring they undertake maintenance in accordance with the company’s specification standards.

 

With a BSc in Landscape Management and Bachelor in Land Economy, Eoghan has extensive experience in the property sector. Prior to assuming his role at Ross and Liddell, Eoghan worked as a general practice property surveyor in London before relocating to Scotland and taking up a post as property manager.

 

Commenting on his appointment, Eoghan said:” As one of Scotland’s oldest property management consultancies, Ross and Liddell is an established company with an excellent reputation for providing efficient and cost effective solutions for clients.
