OFFICE OF FAIR TRADING INVESTIGATION INTO "FACTORING"

 

 

In response to the investigation into the service provided by Scotland's “factors” by the Office of Fair Trading (OFT) we would comment that:

 

A spokesman for Ross and Liddell said: “We fully welcome the investigation by the Office of Fair Trading which we believe will drive further regulation and improve standards and service provision throughout the industry.
