Leading property firm Ross & Liddell launches its new Dundee office base
Property management specialists Ross & Liddell has opened a new office in the heart of Tayside, to answer the company’s rapidly growing commitment, in Dundee, the Tayside area and North East Scotland.
The firm considers its business in the Dundee to Perth area is now so important that its expanding operation both needs and demands a fully-fledged regional office, and the new base will be run by property manager Eilidh McLeod under Director of Property Management Mr John Brolly.
Ms McLeod joined Ross & Liddell after spending three years in Graham Sibbald’s Dundee office, where she was residential property manager.
She had responsibility for overseeing the management of both multi-occupied buildings and residential property to let throughout Tayside, Fife and Perth and Kinross.
Ms McLeod said, “It is always wonderful to get an opportunity to create something new and I am very excited about the future for Ross & Liddell in the Dundee market.”
In Dundee itself the company’s substantial property management responsibilities include much of the prestigious City Quay development, which is about to enter its final phase of construction.
Mr Brolly said, “This is a logical move for the company at a time when the property management requirements of the area are clearly increasing, giving us an ideal base from which to operate to the best advantage.”
The new Dundee base of Ross & Liddell will be at Unit 22, Prospect 111, Gemini Crescent, Dundee DD2 1SW.
The company’s other offices are in Edinburgh, Glasgow and Paisley. It has a multi-million pound annual turnover and employs more than 100 staff.
