Property services company Ross + Liddell has announced a corporate restructure to ensure it is best placed to manage a rapidly expanding workload at a time when their Consultant, Graham Ross, FRICS, is set to retire after more than 30 years with the firm.

Mr Ross
currently
has
responsibility
for both
commercial
property
management
and building
surveying.
These two
functions
will be
transferred
respectively
to Andrew,
J.
Cunningham,
BSc MRICS,
and Gerald
A. Gilroy,
Dip BS,
MRICS on 1st
March, 2007,
when they
will assume
full
responsibility
for the day
to day
operation of
these
departments,
reporting
directly to
the Board of
Directors 
Brian W. Fulton FFB, MIRPM will become a Director of the firm on the same date, with his core responsibility remaining within the field of property management. He will continue to be located in Paisley, where he has worked in property management for almost 30 years.

reviews,

surveying.
