Andrew Cunningham Appointed an Associate at Ross + Liddell

 

Five months after returning to the firm with which he started his career as a graduate surveyor, property services company Ross + Liddell has appointed Andrew Cunningham as an Associate based in its Glasgow office.

 

Andrew rejoined Ross + Liddell this summer as Head of the Commercial Department, in anticipation of the forthcoming retirement of consultant Graham Ross in March 2007.

 

Following qualification as a chartered surveyor at Ross + Liddell, Andrew worked with City Site Estates, on commercial management, asset management and investments and subsequently joined national retailer Optical Express as Property Manager. A move back into private practice followed as Head of the Scottish office of Charles Price & Co before Andrew formed his own successful company, Cunningham & Co.

 

On his appointment as an Associate, Andrew said, “I’m delighted with this promotion and look forward to assuming the full responsibilities that it brings as well as continuing the pace of growth achieved in Ross + Liddell’s commercial operation over recent months.”

 

Ross + Liddell employs a staff of 80 from offices in Glasgow, Paisley and Edinburgh. Company turnover is £3 million. Recent years have seen the firm expand the range of residential and commercial property services it provides, including property management, estate agency, surveys, valuations, rent reviews, letting, insurance and building surveying
