A
listed
building,
Cochrane
House,
at
Cochrane
Street,
Glasgow,
is a
conversion
from
John
Street
Church
into
offices
while
Phoenix
House
is a
modern
office
pavilion
at
Clydebank
Business
Park.
Graham
Ross,
consultant
at
Ross

Liddell,
said,
'Whilst,
as a
modern
building,
Phoenix
House
is
relatively
straightforward
to
manage,
Cochrane
House
presents
some
interesting
challenges.
Not
only
does
it
feature
extensive
areas
of
ornate
plasterwork
that
we
shall
have
inspected
annually
by a
specialist
plasterer
for
maintenance
to
prevent
costly
repairs,
but
it
also
has
a
complicated
timber
roof
structure,
which
again
we
shall
have
inspected
regularly
against
rot.'
