1. If you are paying your Common Charges by MasterCard or Visa there will be a small Surcharge (1.75%) for Larger items above £500. Payments by Switch / Solo or Delta do not attract any Surcharge. Any Surcharge will be added to your account.

2. If you are paying for your Rent by anything other than Switch / Solo or Delta there will be a 1.75% Surcharge on the full balance.Any Surcharge will be added to your account.

3. We also offer other popular payment methods like Monthly / Quarterly Direct Debits etc – Please contact one of our Offices or obtain the form from the Information Section on our Main Web Page, or you may email finance@ross-liddell.com for further assistance.
