Ross & Liddell's Edinburgh office was established more than ten years ago and has seen something of a meteoric growth rate over this period which reflects not only the growth of new build developments but also the excellent reputation of the company as progressive and effective Property Managers.
The Edinburgh office is based within the heart of the Edinburgh's West End and currently manages a wide portfolio of developments. In addition to managing property within the city and the Lothians, we also manage developments in Fife, and the Central Belt stretching as far west as Moffat and northwards as far as Gleneagles. Ross & Liddell Associates, Nic Mayall and George Mcguire are responsible for the day to day running of the Edinburgh office and they are backed up by a very experienced team of Managers and adminstrators.
Covering such a wide area demands flexible and capable Property Managers and we ensure that all developments, regardless of location, are inspected on a regular basis ensuring the best possible service for all our clients. All Managers within the Edinburgh office are fully trained and have a wealth of experience in dealing with all management issues. We also ensure that all Managers undergo professional examinations through the IRPM (Institute of Residential Property Managers).
