Ross & Liddell's Dundee office was established nearly two years ago. In this time we have seen considerable growth in our operations in the north of Scotland.
In February of 2009 we relocated our office to Dundee's City Quay to be closer to our core client group and increase accessibility for those in the city centre of Dundee.
The Dundee office has a wide portfolio of properties and manages developments in Dundee, Angus, Aberdeenshire, Perth and Kinross and the Highlands and Islands. Despite the large geographical area, we ensure that all developments are inspected on a regular basis ensuring the best possible service for our clients.
At present the office is managed by Senior Property Manager, Simon Fitzpatrick Dip HS, who has over seven years experience managing residential properties in both the public and private sectors. We also ensure that all Managers undergo professional examinations through the IRPM (Institute of Residential Property Managers).
