Unfortunately, Claims will arise. Our 24 hours a day, 365 days a year Ross & Liddell Claims Line, operated in conjunction with our dedicated Loss Adjuster, Cunningham Lindsey, will deal promptly and professionally with all Claims matters.

For the Owner Occupier :- Working closely with Allianz Cornhill, one of the largest UK Insurers and represented locally, we can offer Buildings Insurance which can be tailor made to suit individual needs, can be revised at any time and is Index Linked to fully protect our Clients interests. All are acceptable to Building Societies.

For Landlords & Tenants :- Our Residential Buildings Policy caters for the fabric of rented property, with the standard rent or alternative accommodation cover, although to ensure peace of mind for landlords we also have an Arrangement with HOMELET, one of the leading providers of Insurances for Properties which are let.

They provide a comprehensive Package designed to cover all of the risks associated with letting property for the private and professional landlord.

This includes Buildings, Contents, limited Contents for part furnished properties, Legal Expenses, Rent Guarantee and, as an additional option, Emergency Assistance.

Competitive Pricing :- Price is, we appreciate, of great importance and our rates for Landlords and Tenants are already extremely competitive. For the Owner, we can offer premium discounts for Age, Good Claims experience; Neighbourhood Watch Areas and NACOSS approved and maintained Burglar Alarms.

Should you wish to pay your Premiums by Monthly Direct Debit, interest free credit is available. (Please note that if you wish to pay for a Homelet policy by direct debit they charge a fee for this of £1.95 per month for a tenants policy & £2.95 per month for a Landlords policy)
