The challenges we face are varied and can include weather challenges in relation to buildings in exposed locations, security challenges in relation to the areas, the poor condition of an aging Tenement stock in the Renfrewshire area, and the financial challenges of maintaining buildings where there is a need for major investment, however often working without a budget!

These challenges are overcome by our working knowledge of the buildings which allows us to target buildings for quick inspections if weather conditions dictate, we regularly inspect buildings and will look at security issues, we also encourage clients through regular dialogue to immediately contact us with their concerns to allow us to deal with the issues, we try to prioritise where possible repairs to protect the outer fabric of the buildings, both in terms of work we recommend or may instruct, we also endeavour to persuade clients to provide funds to allow essential repairs to proceed.We differ from the competition by managing in a proactive manner, where clients allow us to do so.

Our team of property managers have a wealth of experience supported by, and gained from, ongoing training. Our managers are further supported by a team of administrators who will deal with any enquiry relating to the day to day management of your property and who will liaise between client and manager on those occasions, particularly when managers are out of the office either meeting clients or under taking inspections.

All of our managers are members of the Institute of Residential Property Management organisation, IRPM, and have or are in the process of obtaining qualifications through IRPM which are recognised at HNC level.
