THE LETTING PROCEDURE
If, after viewing the property, you decide you like the property, a reservation fee of £200 must be paid to secure the property for you.  Until this reservation fee is paid we will continue to carry out viewings with other prospective tenants.

The reservation fee will hold the property for you for a maximum period of four weeks until
you are ready to move in.

All adults who will be occupying the property must complete an application form to allow us to obtain references from employers and previous landlords and must pass a credit check.

Students and housing benefit claimants are required to provide a Guarantor who is in full time Employment and will pass the necessary credit checks.

Once a move In date has been set we shall advise you how much you will have to pay prior to moving in, generally this is one months rent in advance and a minimum of one months rent as security deposit. On the day of entry, you will meet with our Representative at the property and go through the Move In Procedure, which involves thoroughly checking the inventory, signing the tenancy agreement and taking meter readings.
