Grounds Maintenance
Ross and Liddell in addition to supplying a full management service, encompassing the dwellings and landscaped areas, we also manage a substantial number of properties where we solely maintain the communal grounds.
Ross and Liddell have received accreditation from the Register of Play Inspectors International. Our property managers attended a professional development course relating to the safety and inspection of play parks, which enable our managers to keep up to date with the latest safety requirements and changes within the industry.
All play areas under our management are inspected twice a year by an independent third party, however, to ensure that the maximum safety of those who use the facilities, our managers have gone further training to development and enhance the service they deliver during the routine visits.
We have a qualified landscape maintenance manager, with degrees in landscape management and land economics. Our professional management aim is to set a high standard across all our developments
Our managers continue to work closely with the landscape contractors, to ensure that the needs of proprietors are being met. Sometimes the work is routine, whilst at times this can involve tree surgeons to undertake the felling of mature trees, drainage contractors to undertake drainage works and fencing contractors to repair/replace same.
Where applicable we work closely with residents associations, in order to maintain communication and satisfy the residents ongoing requirements thus enhancing the overall appearance of the development.
Our ground maintenance contracts, do not include replanting/additional planting, tree surgeon work or fencing, therefore on these occasions, we require the co-operation of the proprietors to meet additional funding. This will enable us to ensure that all sites are cared for, maintained and where necessary enhanced.
We recognize the need to ensure that the landscaped areas surrounding our clients’ homes are well maintained hence the reason that we have employed a manager with the relevant qualifications and horticultural knowledge, to undertake regular inspections.
If you have any concerns in relation to the communal landscaped areas within your development then we would welcome your comments.
If you are looking to employ property managers to look after communal landscaped areas then please feel free to contact us as we would only be happy to meet with you at a mutually agreed date and time on site in order to discuss your requirements.
