Building Surveying

The Chartered Building Surveyor is trained and qualified to deal with all aspects of building repairs, maintenance, alteration, refurbishment, reinstatement and the use of buildings. Our Building Surveying Department is headed by Gerry Gilroy. We have a wealth of experience in dealing with all types of property, from new buildings, built with modern techniques and materials, to older, traditionally constructed buildings, sometimes listed.
