The properties available to rent change regularly so if we don’t have what you are looking right now please contact us with your requirements and we will add your detail to our Tenant Register and shall contact you if a suitable property becomes available.
As an ARLA – Association of Residential Letting Agents – regulated agent you can be confident that Ross & Liddell adhere to a strict code of conduct and that your deposit money is safe.
FINDING A PROPERTY AND VIEWINGS
You can do this by searching our website or calling our office you can find out about all our available properties, up to 2 months in advance.
If you see a property you would like to view please contact our office, viewing times are flexible and we do our best to accommodate all viewers.
If you are unable to view the property, perhaps you are relocating, we will be happy to view the property with a friend or family member on your behalf.
DURING THE TENANCY
Rent is due on the first of the month and we ask that tenants pay by standing order.
Ross & Liddell will be your first point of contact* for any issues with the property and we will do our best to resolve any issues you may have.
Ross & Liddell shall regularly visit you at the property to ensure your tenancy is running smoothly.
Towards the end of your tenancy we will be in touch to find out whether you wish to stay on and renew your tenancy agreement or move out.
