We manage a broad spectrum of property for both owner-occupiers and investors.

Multi-ownership properties that we manage range from a terraced office building with 4 occupiers, to a major City Centre property of some 100,000 sq.ft. with 28 owners and 50 different occupiers, with 3 lifts, a resident caretaker, fire alarm system, and a lot more. We inspect these properties regularly to ensure that the standards set by the proprietors are met by way of repair and maintenance, modernisation, alterations to meet the requirements of new legislation, etc. Accounting is geared to the needs of the property and its owners, and a variety of payment options are available. Our aim is to ensure the efficient running of the property so that our clients can get on with running their businesses.

Our investment clients are individuals, investment companies, and pension funds, for whom we manage a portfolio of shops, offices and industrials. We appreciate the importance of active management to maintain a satisfactory income flow.
